With over two decades of experience in Facilities Management, Facility Services, and Project Management, Phil offers a wealth of expertise in hard services management and delivery.

As Business Development Manager at the Horizon Energy Group, he has led a team developing innovative energy solutions across multiple sectors.

Additionally, his tenure as trustee and one-year Deputy Chair of the Apprenticeship Training Trust, showcases his commitment to industry development and governance experience.

Phil's diverse background in facilities management, decarbonization initiatives, and project leadership, combined with his board experience, positions him as an ideal candidate to contribute strategic insights and industry knowledge to Site Safe’s Board.
