Mark Leath

Mark leads the Development Team at Site Safe, ensuring that courses are developed and maintained to meet the needs of key stakeholders. He provides strategic leadership in planning and product lifecycle maintenance, ensuring that development business plans are prepared and implemented effectively.

Mark is dedicated to enabling the Development Team to create and maintain fit-for-purpose learning content that significantly impacts health and safety outcomes for the construction sector.

Mark brings extensive experience in strategic education management, having worked in Private Training Establishments, Government Training Establishments, polytechnic school management, and Industry Training Organisations.

Mark’s experience and dedication ensure that Site Safe consistently delivers high-quality educational resources that benefit the industry. This is reflected in Site Safe’s continued high rating as a Category 1 Private Training Establishment by NZQA External Evaluation and Review, and their win at the NZATD Awards 2023 for the Best Systems Transformational Programme.
