Melissa is our National Customer Services Manager, ensuring that Site Safe offers exceptional service through a customer-centric approach. She oversees the functionality and performance of the Customer Service Team and strives for continuous improvement.
Melissa has been part of Site Safe for over 20 years working largely in customer-facing roles. This is where she gained her appreciation for the importance of a positive customer experience.
