As the General Manager of Organisation Support, Richard ensures Site Safe's internal support functions operate smoothly and effectively. He leads the Finance, HR, ICT, and Planning and Performance teams, providing strategic direction and guidance on best business practices. Richard also ensures Site Safe's financial sustainability and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Richard has a strong background as a Chartered Accountant, having worked in various senior leadership roles in corporate services and financial management. He has a deep understanding of strategy and execution and a proven ability to perform in high-pressure environments. Richard is passionate about innovation and sustainability and uses his skills and experience to optimise Site Safe's performance and deliver value to customers and stakeholders.
