As People & Culture Manager Sarah leads initiatives and strategies that support Site Safe being a great place to work so our people can do their best to contribute to the organisation’s ongoing success. This includes recruitment, reward and recognition, professional development, employee engagement, wellbeing and more.
Sarah has been with Site Safe for seven years and brings experience in generalist and leadership HR roles, including previously working with Primary ITO and Kiwibank.
Sarah is committed to ensuring that Site Safe is an organisation of engaged and passionate people who believe in what we are doing and make a meaningful difference for our industries and customers.
Qualifications
- Chartered member of the Human Resources Institute of New Zealand (HRNZ)
- Post-graduate diploma, Human resources and organisational psychology
